One of the downside of bigger organizations is probably the speed on how employee issues, concerns and prospective inquiries are handled. Due to the nature of certain corporate structures, these matters can take a little longer to process through the hierarchy and answers may not be immediate.
MetroCare Hawaii, LLC on the other hand is locally owned and owner operated agency and decisions regarding inquries, employee issues and concerns are spontaneously handled. There is fluidity from the top management all the way down to the field staff. Communication is highly encouraged. Our Caregivers are invaluable component to our business as they are the foundation for which this agency was built up and we value and appreciate them. This fluidness also extends to all whom we interact with. So whether you are an existing client or our Caregiver or someone who is inquiring about our services, we treat your inquries with the sense of urgency.
We have an excellent Admin Support Staff to handle not only Client/Caregiver issues and concerns, but handles all inquiries as swiftly as posible.
