Funding Source Programs and Recipients serve under these programs:

• Medicaid Waiver Program (MWP): Participants that qualify under this program are those whose income are below the national poverty level. The disbursement of funds for services rendered under this program is administered by Ohana Health Plan and Evercare. Program participants come from any of the following community groups:

  • Medically Fragile Childen – MFCCP
  • RACCP Participants
  • AIDS Project
  • Disabled, Blind & Elderly

 

• Dept. of Health Program (DOH):

  • Developmental Disability/Mental Retardation – DD/MR

 

• HAWAII COUNTY OFFICE ON AGING (HCOA)

  • Elderly – 65 years of age and above

 

• Catholic Charity Foundation:

• Multiple Sclerosis Foundation – (MSF)

  • The Foundation has funding for people with multiple sclerosis to use towards payment of in-home care services. Please call our office for more information.

 

• Private Duty Services: Services provided to client are paid directly by themselves or through a guarantor.
