Our staff includes:

Our staff are trained, experienced, compassionate and eager to form the caring relationship that are at the heart of quality care. We like to think that our staff are among the best in Hawaii. Of course, selecting the best starts from our recruitment process.
Potential candidates must undergo stringent and comprehensive screening standard that not only look into their skills and experience, but also check their attitude and personality to make sure that they have what it takes to be a TOP NOTCH MetroCare Hawaii, LLC professional.
We run background checks with regards to their criminal history and driving habits making sure that they are within acceptable limits. They must also acquire clearance from Adult Protective Services (APS) and Child Welfare Services (CWS). They must show proof of eligibility to work in the United States and must have a good command of the english language. We make sure that the skills, experiences and references provided us are verifiable. In addition to all these, they have to have a reliable transportation with current insurance coverage. They must also provide T/B clearance and CPR/First Aid certifications.
Once hired, our employees are oriented, trained, bonded and insured to ensure that you and/or your loved ones not only get the best service you deserve, but also provide you with Peace of Mind.

Compatibility between the client and the Caregiver is a key factor in a positive in-home care experience. We carefully match our Caregivers based on personalities and skill sets with the clients scope of care needs.
Although we try our best to match Caregivers with Clients, in the rare event that a match isn't successful, our management team will immediately work to find a suitable replacement. We believe that open communication is essential and we encourage the client and their families to voice out their concerns and grievances directly with the management.
Our Caregivers are experienced professionals who understand that reassignment is a routine part of the care process. We will continue the placement process until the care recipient, the family members, and the Caregiver are all completely satisfied.
